Then today is the 3rd day of Blog marathon 🙂 and i am going to post you about my area– “Digital advertising- Its Advantages and disadvantages”

Digital-Advertising: – It’s Advantages and Disadvantages:

A dozen years ago the world didn’t even have Social media but now we people are craze about that and we need to be getting done everything online right from Paying Bills to getting admission in schools etc..
So Major marketers are targeting their brand in online and yes they are grabbing more profit.

Advantages:-

Cost-effective:-
Digital advertising is cost-effective than other form of advertising, because marketers spend the advertisements through targeting their customers.

Better Result:-
Marketers get better result through digital advertising rather than Print ads etc because customers click the advertisements what they want rather than what they don’t. So marketers get quality customers.

Flexibility:-
Digital advertising allows marketers to measure effectiveness of their campaigns and also it provide flexibility to control their campaigns. They can even track their customers and change their campaigns timely.

Disadvantages:-

Competitors:-
Digital advertising is highly competitive environment and if marketers don’t update their self they face severe loss. Customers look for several advertisements before they buy in online. So marketers need to give quality and effective advertisements among others.

Scope:-
It is a “Smaller” market that can be conquered if marketers use only digital advertising as medium because there is still lot of people use older form of advertisements and they think digital is only for gathering information about products and services.

Wrong-Target:-
Wrong targeting of customers leads to loss in digital advertisement because marketers need to target customers according to age, ethnicity etc. Digital advertising have some features to target and marketers must use this for better result.

Additional costs:-
Marketers may spend additional cost in some features such as Re-targeting, Hiring of advertisement specialist etc., but if we use as right medium and we get an good result comparing to others.

Conclusion:-
Even with the disadvantages the internet is tuning into a tool that surpasses the wildest dreams of many ad executives. Radio and television took so many years to reach million users and internet took stupendous achievement.
Internet is a social technology wherein you can make customers more interactive and fun through your advertising and even you can make them attracted through several contests in social sites like facebook , twitter etc. in the end, all the interactivity means that you can sell people what they want and not just what is left over in stock.
